Top of the Pops, a legendary British music brand, needed a digital presence that honoured its cultural legacy while engaging a new generation of fans. They partnered with STX Studio to design and develop a bold, modern platform that celebrates decades of pop history and sets the stage for what’s next.

The challenge was to create a digital home that captures the energy, history, and cultural impact of Top of the Pops without feeling stuck in the past. The site needed to resonate with lifelong fans while appealing to a new, digital-native audience. STX Studio was also tasked with translating the brand's bold visual identity into an experience that works seamlessly across devices and content formats.
03 Our Solution
STX Studio designed and developed a website that blends nostalgia with modern UX. We leaned into bold typography, vibrant colour, and motion to echo the energy of the show, while keeping the interface clean and intuitive. The site features curated artist spotlights, chart history, and dynamic content blocks to keep things fresh. Built to scale, the platform supports future brand extensions from editorial to e-commerce, ensuring Top of the Pops stays centre stage in the streaming era.
