Mai Chai is a revolutionary ready-to-drink brand bringing authentic chai, matcha, and energy drinks to the market with a fresh, modern twist. As a new brand launching into the competitive RTD space, they needed everything from visual identity and packaging design to a premium ecommerce platform that could capture their vibrant personality and convert visitors into loyal customers. Mai Chai faced the classic startup challenge of building brand recognition from scratch in a crowded marketplace. They needed packaging that would stand out on crowded shelves whilst communicating the authentic, health-conscious positioning of their products. The website had to work as both brand showcase and conversion-focused ecommerce platform, appealing to health-conscious millennials and Gen Z consumers who value authenticity and wellness. Most importantly, everything needed to feel cohesive and premium whilst remaining accessible and approachable.
