01 Project Overview
GSI Insurance, a specialist in home and motor insurance, appointed us to redefine their ever-growing website. With an extensive list of specialist insurance products, GSI's original website was becoming unfit for purpose. They needed a modern, user-friendly platform that would simplify the user journey and provide a clean and visually appealing experience.
02 Challenge
The challenge was to handle the complexity of over 150 pages and a long list of specialist insurance products. The goal was to create a website that would offer an obvious and direct path to products, ensuring a simplified user journey. The specialised nature of the product categories required a unique visual interpretation.
03 Our Solution
We designed and built a website that emphasises a direct-to-product user journey, using a custom icon-based system to provide visual breathing room and space. The creation of a custom icon set ensured consistency of presentation across all insurance categories. The site is clean and simple to use, successfully addressing the issues identified by GSI Insurance.
